You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your decisions and actions. Our coaching services are designed to support and guide you, but ultimate responsibility for your choices and their consequences remains with you.
Effective coaching requires your active participation and commitment. You agree to:
Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
Complete assigned tasks and exercises
Provide honest and accurate information
Communicate openly about challenges and progress
Take responsibility for implementing coaching recommendations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary methods, materials, or information shared during coaching sessions. You agree not to record sessions without explicit written consent.
You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally in all interactions with our team and other clients (in group settings).
All fees are clearly outlined in your coaching agreement or service contract
Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your agreement
We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion
Requests for refunds must be made in writing
